About Our Family

A family business built on service and straight dealing

I graduated from West Point and spent 8 years on active duty as an Army Captain and AH-64 Apache helicopter pilot. The Army moved us every few years: New York, Alabama (twice), Texas, and Washington. We knew early on that we needed a business we could run from anywhere, between assignments and duty stations.

We started in real estate the traditional way, flipping single family homes in Texas. But when the moves kept coming, we discovered land. No contractors, no tenants, no property management from across the country. Just straightforward transactions we could handle remotely. We bought our first parcels in Arizona and Nevada, modest desert lots, and built from there.

Gabi ran the entire operation for two years while I was on active duty. She built the systems, closed the deals, and kept everything moving on her own. She is the foundation this business stands on. Today she focuses on raising our three kids and I run day-to-day operations alongside our team.

A couple of years ago our love of land extended into our personal lives. We purchased our family home on 20 acres in the California foothills. We're not just buyers of land. We live on it.
